3 Day Cleanse Plan
A 3 Day Cleanse Plan that supports the bodies natural cleanse whilst boosting metabolism and sustaining energy levels to prevent fatigue occurring.
Cleanse plans are not for everyone, it is highly recommended that you consult your medical practitioner prior to commencing any cleanse programme.
This plan features a combination of juices, smoothies, soups and salads allowing effective levels of fibre to be consumed.
The plan is not suitable for those who are pregnant, work heavy machinery or have high level manual roles.
Cleanses are not the same as fasting, they allow your body to focus on rebalancing, as the nutrients within the smoothies, salts, juices soups are all natural.
If you do not own a juice machine, you can supplement the juices with the smoothie recipes.
Although this 3 Day Cleanse Plan is aimed to remove/reduce the toxins within your digestive system, there may be a weight loss, but this will not be sustained. To aim for long term weight loss, a change in your eating style is necessary.
